The series box-type resistor furnace is composed of furnace body and electronic control part.

The furnace body includes furnace shell, furnace liner, furnace door and heater.

The furnace shell is weld of steel plate and profile steel. The furnace liner uses low energy consumption super light fireproofing tile, aluminium silicate fiber and high quality thermal insulation material. The heater is heliciform alloy resistance wire which is fixed upon the high aluminium aside brick. The lifting of furnace door is manual or using electric reductior gear and the furnace door is made of alumina silicate fiber. The automatic pressure device could increase the tightness of furnace.

The electronic control part includes temperature control and operating part. Temperature control uses the Japanese import temperature controller and controlled silicon to achieve the PID control. The product has no paper record data recorder which can record complete process curve, record time along with temperature and overheat alarm. The operation is showed in button and light. This device is equipped with chain protection device for heater and furnace door so it is safe and reliable.
