The Small Pellet Mill line commonly consists of Wood Chipping Machine, Hammer Mill, Air-Current Dryer / Small Rotary Drum Dryer, Mixer, Screw Conveyor, Conditioner, Flat Pellet Press, Screener and Cooler, small Semi-auto Packing Machine.Or you can choose some of the complete equipments to make the Small Pellet Mill line  what you really need.

The material can be used to make pellets as following:

groundnut shell, sugarcane bio-gases, caster shells/stalk, saw dust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks,tobacco waste mustard stalk, jute waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybeans husk, coir pitch barks/straws, rice husks, forestry wastes, wood chips.In fact any agro-forestry waste can be used if only it is grind into particle size 3-5mm and dryed to suitable moisture content about 14%-16%

Our  Small Pellet Mill line  can be divided into different options basing on the production output of  Small Pellet Mill line Such as 150-250kg/hour,250-350kg/hour,300-500kg/hour,500-700kg/hour,and 700-1000kg/hour.

The Small Pellet Mill line  is equipped with MZLP-Series Flat Die Pellet Mill, for the

 MZLP-Series Flat Die Pellet Mill is simple to operate and easy to maintain to meet the needs from the 

family and small scale industry use.

Features of flat die pellet mill in  Small Pellet Mill line as following

 1. The mechanical strength of MZLP-Series   Small Pellet Mill line  is 3-4 times stronger than our 

domestic KL-Series / 9PK-Series which are mainly used to make animal feedstuff, while our MZLP-Series

 is designed specially to make biomass/wood pellet.

2. The life of the roller and template on MZLP-Series can get to 300-500 hours which is 2 times longer 

than domestic similar machines. The raw material of our spare parts is from 20CrMnTi or 40Cr.

The thickness of the Template will affect the quality of the pellet. When the Template is thicker, it is equal 

that the pelletizing process is longer, so the density of pellet will be higher, and the appearance of pellet 

will be smoother. And the life of the Template will be longer.

3. All the electrical spare parts of MZLP-Series  Small Pellet Mill line  have CE Certificate. 

 4. We match the special reducer on MZLP-Series which can guarantee the density and good quality of 

wood pellet. 

5. We can make pure wood pellet without any additives and the density of wood pellet is 1.1-1.4.

7. We have the self-protection device on our MZLP-Series Small Pellet Mill line   , when

 the running temperature of pellet machine is over the set normal standard, our machine will stop 

automatically. It is easier to the fresh operators.
