Small pelletizer  is designed for the family/farm which want to procduce your really good wood pellets.In this sence we recommend our options Of small pelletizer of MZLP-200 with output 50-100kg/1hour,MZLP-300 with output 150-250kg/1hour, and MZLP-400 with output 250-350kg/1hour.

 Small pelletizer  got advantages as following:

1. The mechanical strength of small pelletizer is 3-4 times stronger than our domestic similar products like 9PK Series,KL series or SKJ which are mainly used to make animal feedstuff, while our small pelletizer   is designed specially to make really good wood pellets

2. The life of the roller and flat die on small pelletizer  can get to 300-500 hours which is 2 times longer than other domestic similar mills. The raw material of our spare parts is from 20CrMnTi or 40Cr.

The thickness of the flat die will affect the quality of the pellet. When the Die is thicker, it means the pelletizing process is longer, so the density of pellet will be higher, and the appearance of pellet will be smoother. And the life of the Die will be longer.

4. We match the special reducer on small pelletizer  which can guarantee the density and good quality of wood pellet.
