Product Description

The Introduction of The 3ton/h Wood Pellet Production Line:

1.The 3ton/h wood pellet production line use the vertical ring die wood pellet machine and it is suitable to produce all kinds of biomass wood pellet production.Such as sawdust, crop straw (rice straw,wheat straw, corn stalks, sorghum stalk, soybean stalk, cotton stalk, grape straw, peanut seedlings, and sunflower stalk), rice husk, grass powder, shrubs, wood branches, wood cut-off head, bamboo debris, bagasse, palm sawdust,rubber sawdust,.etc.

2. The 3ton/h wood pellet production line mailnly include several production process: wood chipping process, wood grinding process, drying process,pelleting process,cooling process and packing process.

3. The 3ton/h wood pellet production line produce wood pellet diameter from Φ6 or Φ8mm and also can customize wood pellet diameter according to the user.

4. The 3ton/h wood pellet production line is suitable for the medium-sized plant.

The Main process and Main equipment in the whole 3ton/h wood pelelt production line:

1. Wood chipping process---Wood chipper

♦ The raw material of the wood chipper: It will be the big size wood chips,wood branch,wood log and wood furniture waste. The general length is 15-20 mm long and it is better not more than 20 mm.

♦ The structure of the wood chipper: It mainly contain 3 parts of the log feeding structure(Belt Conveyor), the wood chipper( Tree Chipper) and the chips discharging structure.

♦ The model of the wood chipper in the 3ton/h whole wood pellet production line: BX-216 Main power:55kw.

2. Wood crushing process---Wood hammer mill

♦ The raw material of the wood hammer mill: It will be the corn straw,wheat straw,cotton straw,straw,rice husk,peanut shell,corncob,branch,dry leaf,sawdust and wood waste from timber mill.

♦ The structure of the wood hammer mill: The SFSP series hammer mill adopts welded steel structure,and it’s motor and hammer mill rotor are mounted on a single base, using pin coupling direct drive, rotor passed dynamic balance test, and can work in reverse.The operating door is with safety interlock device to ensure that the operation door can not be opened when rotoris rotating.The mill feed inlet is at the top,which is compatible with various forms of feeding mechanism, hammer is arranged symmetrically.

♦ The model of the wood hammer mill in the 3ton/h whole production line: SFSP 60*80 Main power:75kw.

3. Drying process---Drum rotary dryer

♦ The moisture of the raw material is around 50% moisture content. If the raw material is fresh forest residues,it have to be dried in the nature.

♦ The structure of the drum rotary dryer: It comprises a heating device, feeding device, drying device and dust removing device.

♦ The model of the drum rotary dryer in the 3ton/h whole production line: GT1.8*2.3 Main power:15kw.

4. Wood Pelleting process---Wood pellet mill

♦ MXLH series Belt drive biomass ring die wood pellet mill is part of a hard wood pellet ring die pellet mill, it is suitable to produce all kinds of biomass wood pellet production.Such as sawdust, crop straw, rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalks, sorghum stalk, soybean stalk, cotton stalk, grape straw, peanut seedlings, and sunflower stalk, rice husk, grass powder, shrubs, wood branches, wood cut-off head, bamboo debris, palm sawdust,rubber sawdust,.etc.

5. Wood Pellets Cooling process--- Counter Flow Cooler

After pelleting, pellets are very hot (90-100°C) and are immediately air quenched down to 25°C. This sets up the lignin and hardens the product, and contributes to maintain its quality during storage and handling. Finally, pellets are sieved so as to separate the residual fines which are generally re-used in the process. Dust free pellets are then ready for storage or for automatic packing (in 25 kg bags or big bags - 1 to 1.5 m³)

6. Wood Pellets Packing process--- Automatic packing machine
