Zinc Melting Commercial Frequency Cored Induction Furnace

The zinc melting cored induction furnace is used for melting zinc and casting ingot, which is consists of feeder, inductor, furnace body, furnace frame, hydraulic tilting system, power and water supply system, electrical furnace control system, etc.

• Induction furnace is in tilting cylinder-shape structure.
• The inductor can be replaced when the molten zinc liquid is kept in the power-on heat-holding furnace.
• The cylinder-shape furnace body has high strength and low power loss and the dross over the molten surface can be removed by slightly tilting the furnace body;
• Using two single inductors (2*1000kw), easy for replacement and long service lifetime;
• Applying self-developed refractory ZLD-520 for inductor, the refractory material is made of Al₂O₃ and SiO₂, sintering layer having the ability of self-coalescence to ensure the inductor’s service lifetime;
