Application field and  Environment 


The skid-mounted biogas pre-treatment system adopts the dry desulfurization system which is applicable for small industrial devices whose H2S is less than 2000ppm. The biggest skid-mounted pre-treatment system can deal with 300Nm3/h biogas and we suggest it to be used in farmland which can equipped with CHP system. In the industrial waste water biogas project, if the devices has to run long time in a day, the H2S is high and has to synchronize with the nation grid, the biogas dry desulfurization system has to be designed specifically.  

The working area ambient temperature should be in the range of 0 ~ 50 °C due to the drained water from the pre-treatment. If there is any underground sewage wells, the system has to anti-freezing and anti-cracking. This system is better to be installed in a well-ventilated room.

Matters need attentionwhen replace the Desulfurizer

1,The reasonable replacement, will decide the operation function directly, Please take note to the following items:

Do sieving before replacement, because there will be dust in the transportation and loading process. 

New Desulfurizer has low intensity, it will grow up as it adsorb the Sulfur. The height of the Desulfurizer should between 0.7-1.2Meter.

In the filling process, please inspect to insure the uniformity of the Desulfurizer.

It doesn’t need to heat when filling, except in winter and outside.

2,Desulfurizer Transportation and storing,

(1),In the transportation process, the Desulfurizer should be treated lightly, avoid shaking and crash. Because it will be chalking..

(2),Please avoid Moisture adsorption in the storing period.
