Brief Introduction

Tumble dryer for sawdust   mainly consists of rotor, shed plate, transmission device, support device, seal ring, and other spare parts. The rotary dryer has the advantages of reasonable structure, excellent manufacture, high output, low energy consumption, convenient operation and so on. The rotary dryer is applicable for particle materials, and is also applicable for paste and viscous materials which are mingled with particle materials, or materials whose water content is high. It has the advantages of large production volume, wide application range, small flow resistance, large adjustable range, and convenient operation, etc.

Application

1. Coal powder is pressed into shapes by briquette press machine; the moisture is usually at 12%-14%. After dried, the moisture can reduce to 2-4%, also can satisfy the request of hardness, storage and transportation.

2. On that basis, then through adaptability reform, the moisture can reduce to less than 1.5%; Also can dry briquetting,coal rods etc. Particulate matter.Vertical dryer is mainly used for some spherality or granular materials which contain much moisture, for making them reach the desired strength after drying.

3. Compared with the rotary dryer, the best feature is that vertical dryer can reduce the crash between finished products and barrel & lifting plate during the drying process, guarantee the final products failure reduce to the lowest level.

Working Principle

1.This drying machine consists of rotary body, material plate, conveying device, supportive device, sealing ring and other components.

2.Since the machine has a gradient, the materials enter the cylinder from its higher side. There is full of hot gas in the cylinder, materials will be rolled by the metal plate inside up and down to accelerate the drying rate, then they will pushed to the lower side by the rolling device. The dried materials will be collected at the bottom.
