this drying machine consists of rotary body, material plate, conveying device, supportive device, sealing ring and other components
since the machine has a gradient, the materials enter the cylinder from its higher side. there is full of hot gas in the cylinder, material will be rolled by the metal plate inside up and down to accelerate the drying rate, then they will pushed to the lower side by the rolling device. the dried material will be collected at the bottom.

all the equipments consist of feeding system, heating system, transmission system, driving system, dust catching system, discharging system, electricity control system.
the rotary dryer is composed of heating stove, main rotary body, which can reduce moisture from 60% to 10%. the moisture evaporating capacity of our rotary drum dryer can reach to 250 kg to 8000kg per hour. different density materials, the final prodcut are not the same, also for different moisture of raw materials, which could get the different final capacity.
