Hercynite

Hercynite, a kind of fused-type Hercynite with high quality, which is synthesized by aluminium oxide and iron-containing compound features environmental protection, no pollution, excellent thermal shock resistance and ability to alkaline slag erosion resistance. Hercynite stone can be used to manufacture spinel skateboards, nozzle brick, ladle castable, induction furnace lining, Hercynite bricks and other fields.

Hercynite Fused for Cement Kiln:

Compared with traditional brick spinel, magnesium oxide - aluminum ferrite spinel brick has excellent structure flexibility, low thermal expansion, low heat conductivity and good alkali salt erosion ability. Especially for large-scale rotary kiln (the maximum daily output 6 800t), the life of hercynite fused brick can be up to 17 to 18 months.
