Micro-Silica Fume Refractory Material

Micro-silica powder has a strong activity in the water so that can form colloidal particles, which can enhance the mobility by adding dispersant, thereby improving the casting performance.

Micro-silica fume is easy to form a base in water with strong hydrophilic and active, can enhance the aggregation of refractories, while the high temperature performance has greatly improved, and extend the service life of refractory products.

Micro-silica fume is widely used in the fire-resistant industries:

1.      Instead of pure aluminum oxide mud as refractory material.

2.      As the additive for production of amorphous and shaped refractory products, to improve the strength, and high temperature performance.

3.      Other refractory products like cohesive agent, bonding agent, accelerator and additives.
