Product Description
Sintering agent of Magnesia dry vibrated materials is generally iron oxide. Thermal decomposition of iron oxide at a high temperature, high iron to shift from low-cost iron. In the presence of liquid iron, Fe2O3 will occur the following reaction:
Fe2O3 + Fe (L) = 3FeO
Or 2Fe (3 +) + Fe (L) = 3FeO (2+)
Fe2O3 melting point is 1576 ℃, and FeO melting point of 1355 ℃, therefore favor the formation of low-cost iron oxide phase, and is gradually absorbed magnesium calcite form a solid solution that is enriched's body [(Mg Fe) O].
