Auger Cock feeding line

Easy to control feed flow, feed flow shut can open or shut the feed as well as adjust the feed flow.

   The breeder and cocks must be feed limited. A separated cock feeding system and before feeding the cock, the cock feeding line will be lifted higher enough to exclude hens from eating the cocks' feed.

    The diameter of the feeder pan is 360mm, with 5 spokes, can feed 8-10 cocks at the same time. The feeder pan is fastened to the feed tube firmly, in case the cocks may knock over the feeder pan.

    The cone part inside the pan can distribute the feed uniformly and fastly to the pan bottom.

     A. The diameter of the feeding pan is 400mm, with 18 spokes, this type of feeder pan can feed 1.7 hens than the ordinary breeder feeder pan.

    B. There are 3 level of flood control switch, according to the transport capacity, different kinds of switch insert piece can be placed to adjust feed transport capacity easily, and also improve feed distribution uniformity.

    C. The handy adjust  ring on the top of the pan can allow an optional regulation of feed (2 optional feed level) according to day old and the size of breeders, saving feed.

     There are three levels of the height of feed adjustable grill opening: 50mm, 60mm, 72mm. and 6levels of the width of the feed control grid varies from 40mm to 50mm.

     B. The feed flow controller is patented, when rotate selector of the two sides from the same direction or opposite direction to the same scale, the flow controller inside the pan will move up or move down, the minimum feed in the pan can be changed from 30g/day to 180g/day, this design features even when the feed flow is at it's minimum level, the feed will be distributed accurately and uniformly. Challenges that confused the breeding of breeders for years such as breeder uniformity, feed uniformity are well solved through this special design.

Egg collecting box

    The egg collecting box is made of hot galvanized steel by mold production. Standard specification of the parts, well knitted structure makes the installatiion and uninstallation a very easy job. There are breathers on both sides wall the inner box, make the air ventilation of the box very well. Every layer hole is a separated unit, this design can avoid the hens go into the neighbour's hole and break their eggs.

    Two specifications of egg collecting box are available, ordinary 24 holes of box and automatic egg scroll box with 24 holes.

Breeder house light trap

    Plastic injection molding, thickness is 220mm, W shape section, minimum windage resistance, also very firm. Easy assembling, easy cleaning.

    Installed behind the fan or air inlet, the size can be different according the order.
