Filling system

    This system delivers feed from the silo or hopper to the feed bin in the poultry house. There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line which control the motor on and off automatical to release automatic delivery.

    With decades of designing,manufacturing experience of feed silo, main figures are as following:

Feeding System

This system deliver and fill full feeds from feed bin  in feeders one by one through delivery pipe automatically. It control the feeder delivery through motor on or off under the order of sensor by control box.

Broiler floor feeding system

Broiller pan feeder:

Feed pan is the core of feeding system, the diameter is 36 MM.

It is the fourth generation feeding pan possessing two patents:

2. Patented No.: 200920161606.8

Bottom adopting unique locking mode, makes feeder easy to install, dismantle and clean. 

The grounding color of broiler feeder is orange and color of adjustable grid opening is white.

Two kinds of bottom, wave and flat.  Pan distance: 4 pans/3 meters ,3 pans/3 meters. Material:  Purify raw material 100 %  polypropylene, Ability: 30 - 45 broilers per feeder

Gn3500 winch with elevator system: Including winch, big and small sheave, ordinate steel wire and fixing spare parts. It can help adjust the height of feeding line to prevent the feedstuff wasting and regulate up and up as chicken growing.

An anti - perching device

Some spare parts which are precision made such as hot galvanized steel suspension parts, fixing parts. Swing rings, big and small sheave, steel wire locks, U-shaped tube clip, rope clip and insulator supporting.

Feed sensor (imported with original packaging from Israel)

Using for feed level controlling, time delaying available, durable.  Imported from Iseral; Time delay range 0 to 2 hours.
