Product Description
Introduction:
The HGJ series dryer adopts hot air (temperature: 150°C-260°C) to dry the material .
It needs very small power and is very energy saving. The drying efficiency is high and the cost is very low. It is also
essential part of making machine-made charcoal.
Nature of Airflow dryer :
1, dry ingredients: rice husk, sawdust and crushed foam flowers, twigs, wood chips and other granular materials
(diameter less than 3mm, length is less than 5mm).
2, the production efficiency: the hot air of 180 °C, the relative humidity of 35% sawdust or rice hulls is dried to
10% relative humidity.Hot air temperature is not lower than 180 °C, can reach 300 °C.
3.Fuel can be used: firewood (chopped firewood), coal, steam or electric heating.
Practice:
1,when the installation is finished, open the fan, check whether the direction of rotation of the fan casing and the
suction port is normal.
2, check the flange interface whether it has a leaks.
3, the separator of the feed opening of the bag open at both ends and bound.
4, the feeding port to join the material to be dried in the drying filter out large particles before, this will help to
improve the drying speed.
5, to the fuel ignited in the furnace, open the fan, when the air outlet temperature to 150 °C, the start of the next
material for drying.
6, the timely removal of bulk material discharging outlet for easy feeding.
