Structure and work principle:

1) Air Flow Pipe Dryer is equipped one fuel boiler,inlet,steel pipe,exhaust blower(fan),cyclone.

2) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper.Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

3) Air Flow Pipe Dryer reduces the moisture to 8- 12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

Nature of Airflow dryer :

1, dry ingredients: rice husk, sawdust and crushed foam flowers, twigs, wood chips and other granular materials (diameter less than 3mm, length is less than 5mm).

2, the production efficiency: the hot air of 180 °C, the relative humidity of 35% sawdust or rice hulls is dried to 10% relative humidity.Hot air temperature is not lower than 180 °C, can reach 300 °C.

3.Fuel can be used: firewood (chopped firewood), coal, steam or electric heating.
