Low porosity clay bricks are made of high quality calcined flint. With the features of high strength, good refractoriness, dense structure, low porosity, excellent thermal shock resistance, no stripping, clay refractory bricks are widely used in hot blast stove and glass furnace regenerator.
Low porosity clay bricks take flint clinker as the main raw material with the apparent porosity of 17%. Fire clay bricks take refractory clay and flint clay clinker as the main raw material, containing 30% to 46% alumina with refractoriness 1580 ~ 1770 ℃. It is a weak acid refractory materials with good thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance to acidic slag. Fire clay bricks are widely used in steel, glass and chemical industries.
