1.3, The main structure is welded by Q235B 200*70 channel steel and heater is made of 40*40*1.5 square tube.the surface is treated with paint ejection. the whole structure is delicate and durable.

1.4 Mould clamping system is processed precisely to ensure the stability.

1.5, Main pneumatic components adopt Germany FESTO brand, others are from domestic.

1.7, Preforms are rotating in the heater to ensure being heated evenly.

1.8, PLC panel adopts from domestic(Mitsubish is selectable) to make the machine stable and reliable.
