XT Industrail Gas Heating Powder Coating  Drying  Oven  is heated by gas or LPG , more and more users prefer this type heating mode because the GAS or LPG is clean, cost-saving, and no pollution, this type of oven is widely used in industrial purpose of dryiing or curing all kinds of products.

Heating exchanger   : Heating resistance stainless design;

Hot air circulation      : Basically ,we deisgn the oven by bottom up blowing-in and top hot air returning back mode, which effectly take good use of the heating air; adopting full inner circulation air ducts to prevent the heating loss,

saving the heating energy;

Oven dimension      : Designed the dimension by caculation of  workpiece dimension information, output information; or according to requirement;

Container type oven doors' design:  One side or two sides door; Automatic door are available;

Rated temperature                             : 220°C or customized according to requirement;

Drying oven temperatue                    : RT~ 140 °C  Or designed according to requirement;

Curing oven temperatue                    : 180~ 200 °C Or designed according to requirement;

Heating Temperature tolearance         : ±5℃

Temperatue tolearance between RT    : ≤ 15℃

Temperature control                : Automatically start and close down the burner according to pre-setting temperature;

Display                                  : Digital dispaly for convenient operation by woker;
