7bbl beer brewing equipment for industrial brewery or craft brewery

I have purchased several tanks directly through Huaheng. The communication was satisfactory and the equipment has been as well. We have two 30bbl jacketed conical also and one jacketed 15bbl brite tanks that we're purchased later. The FV tanks have been in service over one year while the larger have been in use for 9 months now. I will say that Huaheng was diligent at meeting my specifications and requirements and had good schematic drawing for review. The equipment arrived as promised and the only real complaint I had was that they were real dirty inside and out. I am currently shopping brew houses and would consider them again.

I visited several companies in Jinan, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Compare to other factories, I like Huaheng Industry the most. The people there are sincerity and hospitality, but what impresses me the most is their staidness. They show everything to me and 

The factory also has well-equipped facilities. The tank are good and cost-effective.

I will consider to buy some additional FVs from them for my brewery extension project.

The brewhouse, fermentation tanks and hot and cold liquor tanks we brought from Huaheng Industry have arrived at the brewery in June. The Quality is super good. I am considering to extension our brewery in the next year and will buy some additional fermentation tanks from Huaheng. 

Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: We are a manufacturer with manufacturing facilities like Plasma Welding Machine, CNC Machine, Polishing Machines etc.

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located at Dongzhou, Fuyang, Hangzhou City, which is near to Shanghai and Ningbo.

Q: What kind of material do you use for tank manufacturing?

A: Only top brand SUS304 or SUS316L with traceable certification will be used for our tanks. 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-6 weeks for brewing tanks. For brewhouse, it will take approx 10 weeks.

Q: Do you provide custom-made products?

A: Yes, we could offer custom-made products according to your drawings or detail specifications.

Q: Do you offer discount?

A: We only add some reasonable profit to our products, and 30%-40% of our profit will be invested each year for updating our manufacturing facilities. We will adjust our price properly according to our customer's real situation, but the discount space may not very big.

Q: Do you sell or trade any of my information?

A: Absolutely not: we respect our customer's privacy information. Your information will not be sold, traded, or shared with any one under any circumstances.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1,000.00USD, 100% in advance.
     Payment>=1,000.00USD, 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shipment or L/C at sight.
