10 Barrel Conical Vessel for Beer Fermentation

Huaheng Industry’s  Conical Vessels for Beer Fermentation are available from 500L to 10000L.  The conical fermentation tanks have a dish top with cylindrical body.  The 60° conical bottom is ideal for fermenting and improving the quality of beer as well as breeding yeast.  All tanks are food grade stainless steel 304 with a 3mm thickness for 3BBL-70BBL, while larger tanks have a 4mm thickness.  The cooling system is a dimple jacket with insulated polyurethane fill.  All tanks are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI.  The inside of the tanks are polished to Ra>.22um and the outside is a brushed / mirrored finish.  All tanks come standard with 25% head space on top of working volume.  All Conical come standard with a Racking Arm.   Special orders may be placed along with custom features to your specifications.

Tanks manufactured by our company are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation, or 18 months from the date of manufacture or whichever occurs first. In case of serious quality issues due to the responsibility of our factory within our warranty period, we will recall our tanks to our factory for repair!
