Surface Pretreatment peeling of aluminum rod

Primary drawing step:

Use the 2 set VDL-1200B heavy force single block drawing machine to drawing 14mm CCA rod to final 8.0mm

Secondly drawing step:

Use the 1 set VLL3/1200B heavy force 3 block continuous rod drawing machine to drawing 8mm CCA rod to final 3mm

Wire surface polishing & take-up.

Use 1 set VDL-800S wire drawing machine and 1 set WS-630 eddy current tester machine and 1 set  VGS-800 spool take-up machine to take up 3.0mm CCA wire.

Third drawing step : Use CJ-18DL intermediate wire drawing machine to get outlet 0.4-0.8 mm CCAM wire.

Fourth drawing step : use CJ-24DL fine wire drawing machine to get outlet 0.12-0.40mm CCAM wire.

Do the annealing and take-up of the CCAM wire.
