     Reduction rate 8-20%, 1 die,pull pulley diameter:400mm

6.Pay-off machine:Power pay-off or brass wire passive pay-off

7.150 Calender machine’s motor: 7.5KW motor + Reducer AC motor and tension-type converter;

8. Flat strip single drawing machine: 4KW motor + reducer and tension-type inverter;

9.Take-up machine: Servo-controlled take-up, power according to the  wire weight of take-up, motor configuration 4-7.5KW;

10. The control module :( Delta) Display (Delta) PLC;

11.Tension system: pneumatic pendulum, precision voltage regulator;                                                             

12.Lubrication Cooling System: Internal tank circulation alone supply, shaft band inner cooling.
