1.Brief introduction of  sand making machine

PCL series of VSI/PCL Series super fine sand making machine(or Sand Making Machine) is a highly efficient crushing machine which introduces "stone to stone” crushing principle from American Bamac company. Combining domestic sand making actual condition, this crusher is designed as a highly efficient crushing machine of domestic and international standard. This crusher is widely used to crush various rocks, grinding materials, refractory, clinker, quartz, iron ore, concrete aggregate, etc. PCL series of crusher is most suitable to make construction sand.

2.Application of PCL sand making machine:

PCL sand making machine is widely used for crushing of hard and brittle materials, such as rock, grinding material, refractory material, cement clinker, quartzite, iron ore and concrete aggregate; and it is especially suitable for the sand and sandstone making for construction and road paving.

3.Working principle of PCL sand making machine:

Material falls into the fast rotating impellers from the top of machine and crushes with the material distributed around the impeller under the effect of high speed centrifugal force. After the impact with each other, the material is crushed between impeller and cabinet and is discharged from the bottom. It can cycle many times with the close circuit and the sizing device will control the granularity of finished products.
