CRS-1200 Common Rail System Tester

Test common rail system, consists of a pump, a fuel rail and six injectors, plus 3 DRV valves on a conventional pump test bench.

CRS-1200 targets the CR systems with a pump, such as Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3, Delphi CRSP, Denso HP3/HP4 and Siemens DCP, and 6 CR solenoid injectors.
A standard high pressure pump test bench with a common rail fuel system tester CRS-1200 will fulfill most tasks for repairing a CR system and the components, such as to test injector fuel injection and return quantities, nozzle spray atomization, and with the optional DRV valves to test a pump condition by measure the flow rate at different rail pressure

Simulate signals to drive a CR pump, 6 CR injectors, plus 3 additional DRVs

Pump control

  Two independent channels of pump regulation valve control signals

The first channel is for most pumps, such as Bosch CP1/CP2/CP3, Delphi CRSP and Denso HP3/HP4.

The second channel is to drive Siemens DCP pump, which has two regulation valves.

The second channel is capable to drive 3 DRV valves (optional), to test pump capacity by measure the high pressure flow at different pump speeds and rail pressures.
