Scope of arrangement:

This countercurrent drum magnetic separation equipment is specially designed for reclaiming the magnetism in the coal factory

Characteristics:

Wholly sealed magnetic system, composed by ferrite and rare earth magnetic steel.

Reasonably designed for the mineral-pulps flowing direction.

The module structure is convenient for the transportation of magnetic separator.

Working principle:

Adopting the magnetic force generating from the permanent magnetic system, the magnetism in mineral is attracted to the surface of drum and then rotate with the drum. As the magnetic force disappears, in the force of gravity and the block of scraper the magnetism mineral is discharged while the non-magnetism material is discharged from tailing hole.

Remarks :Choose the suitable magnetic roller in accord with the detail condition and material characteristics.
