Cold storage Walk in freezer is a new product with various standard dimension sizes. The storage capacity of it may be specified 

or selected according to customer's requirements. The storage temperature of the cold storage is 

displayed and controlled by digital thermostat for precise control temperature and temperature 

adjustment to achieve the utmost energy efficiency and perfect storage of food.

1.Features of our Cold storage Walk in freezer Panel:
The cold storage room panel is durable in use, color lasting & coated layer keeping. 
It is made with Bayer polyurethane material by high pressure foaming. The cold storage panel 

density is up to 40kg/m3 or above. 
The internal cold storage floor panel of our cold storage is made by 1.0mm galvanized steel

and durable for anti-scratch. 
The hinged door panel of our cold-room is made by heavy duty door hinge, heavy duty door lock and hydraulic door closer. 
The connection of our cold storage panels are made with PE sealing rubber which is with high 

quality sealing. 
The connection of our cold storage is with cam lock construction and excentric fasterners for 

tight connection and sealing of the cold storage.

2.The foaming material we choose is imported BASF foaming material, green to the environment. 

The polyurethane panel steel sheet we purchase from Baosteel and POSCO which are the biggest steel factories in the world, they promise the painted galvanized steel they produce will not fade in 15 years.

2.All the polyurethane panels are with gasket at the joint of two panels, enable the with better air-tightness, but not many panel factories realize this point or just ignore this to save the cost.

4. Cold storage room panels dimension

Polyurethane sandwiched panels are of 100% Polyurethane insulation, which is constructed by being foamed in place with retarted Polyurethane using high pressure. They have certain dimensions. Standard widths of panels are a multiple of 1183mm. The maximum lengths of panels are 13.5M. Non-standard sizes are also available upon request with price varying.

5. Panel thickness. Different thickness panel is used in different temperature cold room.
