Prestressed Concrete Composite Slab With Grouted Steel Pipe Lattice Girders

The product is composed of C40 concrete, 1570-grade stress-relieved steel wires, and concrete-filled steel tube trusses. It features a bottom plate thickness of not less than 35mm, a standard width of 2.1m, and lengths ranging from 2.1 to 12.0 meters. By working together with cast-in-place layers, it forms composite slabs. The adoption of prestressed technology achieves lightweight and thin structure, high production efficiency, variable stiffness, reduced cracking, close-fitting joints, minimal support requirements, low manufacturing costs, and expanded application scope. Additionally, the use of standardized design drawings ensures product design standardization. As of now, patent licenses have been implemented in 25 regions across 18 provinces in China.

1. Thin slab profile reduces casting volume. The precast bottom plate has a minimum thickness of 35mm, and the total composite thickness can reach as low as 110mm while offering higher load-bearing capacity.

2. Less steel usage but greater stiffness. Utilizing 1570-grade stress-relieved steel wires with tensile strength 4.2 times that of Grade III steel, it provides excellent crack resistance.

3. Standardized design saves design time. Molds feature universal design, eliminating the need for custom mold design and procurement.

4. Installation requires no or minimal support, enabling multi-layered flow construction.
