Product Description

Strong sticky hot melt adhesive for tapes
Application	881A is designed for nylon hook loop tape, foam tapes and double-face tapes.
Feature	Light color, good initial tack, excellent holding power, strong peeling strength, excellent anti-aging properties, excellent performance in low temperature resistance, low consumption quantity and reach good adhesion, no residual adhesive after peeling.
Appearance	Yellowish, transparent
Viscosity	4000±800cps @180°C 5000±800cps @170°C 7000±1200cps @160°C
Softening point	87±5°C
Usage guidance	1. Suggested operation temperature: 160°C-180°C. 2. Suggested tooling method: hot-melt blade coating systems. 3. Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120°C. Then flush it with the same type adhesive below 170°C.
