Marine Indirect Evaporative Cooling Air Conditioner
Application:
CAW marine air conditioner is one of the air conditioning systems that shall be used together with water chilling unit,It is featured by compact structure,Low vibration,Low noise and easy installation.
CAW marine air conditioner mainly consist of air filter,air heater exchanger,fan,motor and electircal control cabinet,etc.In addition,flow control valve station can be provided in full sets according to the requirement of user.
Installation:
1.When hoisting the air conditioner,pay attention not to damage and deform the body.
2.The air conditioner shall be installed on the base and see air conditioner overall dimension drawing for the dimension of bolt hole on the base.Cusion pad shall be installed between the equipment pedestal and the base,ans space for inspection around the equipment shall be reserved,In order to remove the filter screen for clean,The operation for side shall be more than 500mm.
3.Connect the inlet and the outlet pipes of the chilled(heated)water or steam to the corresponding pipelines of air conditioner.
4.The drain pipe connected from refrigeneration condenser tube of air conditioner shall have water seal not less than 100mm.
5.All the chilled(heated)water pipes shall contain 30mm thick antiflaming insulation layer,and shall be bound with white cloth.
