PET multi-cavity automatic blow molding machine is a high speed linear stretch blow moulding machine which is developed and manufactured by our Company using the state-of-the-art bottle blowing technology. Owing to the machine's high degree of automation, high production efficiency,high safety, high stability and reliability, the products made will not be contaminated in any intermediate steps, and it can be matched up directly with the production line of filling and can be widely used in production of mineral water, carbonic acid beverage, juice, tea and heat-resistence bottle products.
Features of 4 cavity high speed stretch blow moulding machine :
1.Operation is simple and easy for user because of its high automation as well as intellectual man-machine interface.
2.Compacted mechanical structure with stable heating system and adjustable technical parameters greatly reduces the consumption of water, electricty and air, thus reducing the cost of production.
3.No contamination is found because of the automation in uploading and processing of preform, automation in picking of finished bottle
4.The passing rate of blow bottle is over 99%.
5.Bottle recycling system of protection devices to ensure that heating of the bottle preform is not deformed.
6.Die installation can be easily and quickly changed within an hour.
7.Important machine parts (such as electrical,pneumatic parts,hydraulic,gear,ect.) are imported from Europe,Japan brand,,to ensure stability and reliability of the equipment.
8.servo system,fast and smooth, greatly shorten the production cycle and enhance production efficiency.
