Technical characteristics
1. High-efficiency cleaning and spraying system
A rotary spraying system capable of eliminating the cleaning dead angles, making the cleaning water fully contacting with cleaned articles, increasing the work efficiency, and reducing the water consumption.
2.  High-efficiency drying system
A high-efficiency heat-exchange system, capable of heating the hot air, and drying the cleaned articles quickly by filtrating them with a high-efficiency filter.
3. Automatic addition of cleaning fluid
Add in the given amount of cleaning agent automatically to ensure the cleaning effects a cording to the process requirements.

4. Structure design with health class
The housing made of imported stainless steel plates, semicircle transition in four corners, no dead angles, easy cleaning.
5. High-efficiency drying system
5.1 A high-efficiency heat-exchange system, capable of heating the hot air, and drying the cleaned articles quickly by filtrating them with a high-efficiency filter.
5.2 Using the health-class pipe fittings to make the circulation pipes cleaned without dead angles.
5.3 Using the dust-free or oil less stainless steel plates on the surfaces, anti-corrosion, easy cleaning.

7. Door
7.1 An inflated sealing door, which can ensure the tightness of door effectively, and ensure no seepage of cleaning chamber after long-time use.
7.2 Selecting a lateral-shifting & sealing tempered glass door to observe the operation of cleaning chamber conveniently, which is anti-clip, safe and reliable.
7.3 Using an interlocking linking device for door opening.

8.1 Siemens man-machine interaction system, friendly interface, easy operation, dynamic display of part running conditions , visual and reliable.
8.2 A complete workflow, capable of recording and storing the data and records, and convenient for tracing.
9. Cleaning frame
9.1 Adopt a cleaning frame designed in module for cleaning station design, and replace the applicable cleaning frame as per the article cleaning requirements
