XLPE insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated and PVC insulated cable. XLPE power cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-aging resisting, environmental stress resisting antichemical corrosion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction,

Various of flame-retardant and non-flame retardant XLPE cable can be manufactured with three technology(peroxide, silane, irradiation crosslinking). The flame-retardant cable covers all kinds of low-smoke low-halogen low-smoke halogen free, and non-smoke nonhalogented and three class of A,B,C.

Our XLPE power cable can be manufactured according to company specification which is equivalent to IEC60502, IEC60332,and IEC60754. some of indexes are superior to international standard IEC.

Some of special XLPE power cable can be manufactured according to the other standards required by customers.

XLPE power cable having higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating, at the same environment XLPE cable may be reduced size(nominal cross-section). 1 or 2 calss in comparison with paper and PVC cable. This is not only improve the quality and properties of products, but also reduce cables production costs.

2. Scope of XLPE power cable

ZR covers three classes A, B,C of flame-retardant cable. It can be expressed as ZRA- or ZRB- or ZRC- separately. For example, ZRB-YJY, or ZRA-YJV22.

3.Usage

This product is suitable for use in rated AC voltage( U0/U)    system transmitting and distributing lines. According to different sheath make ups, they can be used for laying in the air(cable bridges, indoor wall supports and groove boxes) and in soil(direct burying, cable canals and pipelines, etc.)
