Heat resistance: They exhibit excellent heat resistance with minimal weight loss during high-temperature operation, enhancing the wires' ability to withstand transient thermal overloads and reducing the escape or migration of PVC components.
Corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, and oil resistance: These cables feature inherent corrosion resistance, self-lubricating properties, and oil resistance.
Practical advantages: Compared to PVC-insulated wires and cables of the same cross-section, nylon sheathed versions have a smaller outer diameter, lighter weight, lower static friction coefficient, and better corrosion resistance, improving safety and applicability during installation.
Voltage rating and applications: Rated for 450/750V, they are widely used in household appliances, aerospace systems, construction, and lighting.
Additional specifications: The long-term operating temperature of THHN and TFFN nylon sheathed wires and cables is 90℃ or 75℃. The laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃, and the bending radius should not be less than 4 times the cable's outer diameter.
