2). Detailed description or construction:

* Conductor: compacted or uncompacted copper or aluminium

* Insulation: Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

* Filler: Polypropylene filament with lapped binding tape

* Binder: Binding tape

* Inner sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

* Armour: Galvanized steel wire armored (SWA) or steel tape armored (STA)

*Sheath: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

3). The rated voltages U₀/U(Um) of the cables considered in this standard are as follows:

U₀/U(Um) =0.6/1(1.2)-3.6/6(7.2)-6/10(12)-6.35/11(12)-8.7/15(17.5)-12/20(24)-12.7/22(24)-18/30(36)-19/33(36)-26/35(40.5)KV

In the voltage designation of cables U₀/U(Um):

* U₀ is the rated power frequency voltage between conductor and earth or metallic screen for which the cable is designed;

* U is the rated power frequency voltage between conductors for which the cable is designed;

* Um is the maximum value of the "highest system voltage" for which the equipment maybe used.

PVC/XLPE Insulated Power Cable

(1).Specification:XLPE/PVC insulated power cable has a number of advantages over paper insulated cable.

 XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resisting, environmetal stress resisting antichemical corrossion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.

(2).Application:

PVC:

1.The general type cables are suitable for rated AC voltage 0.6/1kV and below electric distribution lines without flame-retardant or fire -resistant requirements.

2.The flame-retardant type cbles are not burn or their flame propagation is limited only in a certain length.These cables are suitable for high installation density places like power station,subway,tunnel,high-building,large industrial enterprise,oil field and mine ect.

3.The fire-resistant cables can not only operate in nomal condition,but also can operate in fire during a certain time.These cables are suitable for power station,subway,high building and other high human density places where having fire-proof and fire-fight requirements.

XLPE:

The products can be produced according to the standard IEC 60502.Our factory can also design and manfacture special XLPE cable according to the other standards required by the customers'. They not only have excellent electric conductivity,mechanical properties,but also havr powerful resistence against chemical corrosion,heating and environmental stress.Their structures are simple.The permissible maximum operating temperature is 90°c.It is convenient for using,and they can be laid with no restriction of different elevation.

What is the package?

We can do ODM and OEM. Package is as per your requirement. You can have your designed inner or outside package with your logo on it. But designed package have higher requirement for MOQ. Our normal package is color/white box, blister card, etc. With carton box outside. It also depends on product.
