Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced/ACSR/AAC Bare Cable :
PRODUCT FEATURES:
ACSR bare conductors are used for overhead high tension power transmission lines with long spans. ACSR offers optimal strength for line designs. Variable steel core stranding enables desired strength to be achieved without sacrificing ampacity.
ACSR conductors provide dependable performance for many years under adverse weather conditions. The combination of the aluminum and steel in the conductor design offer both efficient conductivity and high tensile strength making ACSR cable the most economical solution for over head power transmission and distribution projects.
STANDARD:
Construction as per ASTM B230, ASTM B232, ASTM B498 and B500, BS 215 Part 2, CSA C49, DIN 48204, NFC 34120;
MANUFACTURING AND TESTS:
All mechanical and electrical properties according to specifications IEC209 and IEC1089.
