APPLICANTION

Carton Box Packing Machine is a continuous motion Cartoner, suitable for the packaging of blisters, bottles, vials, pillow packs,etc. The machine runs stable and provides easy changeover for different sizes of cartons. It can fold leaflets, open cartons, insert the products and leaflets into cartons, emboss, tuck in or hotmelt closures and automatically discharge cartons. The machine is equipped with a series of sensors and automatic protective devices to assure the machine runs safely and effectively. It can connect with the Blister Machine, Pillow Packaging Machine, Shrink-Wrapper, etc., to form a Packaging Line.

v Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel orienta

-tion, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the bliser packing machine has staff

gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation.

v Manipulator towing adopted culms double pendulum device, increased traction adjustable scope of the itinerary

(it can get to 180mm), which can fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes. The blister packing machine can

registration heating, positive forming, up and down moiré, air cylinder heating sealing, automatic feeding, automatic

lot number printing, automatic cutting die, easy to operate and credible running.

v Forming positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch, ensuring blister forming well, and could collocate

exclusive Automatic Feeder. The blister packing machine could fit for the packaging of ampoule, needle, Xilin Bottle,

big honey pill, medicine machine and some special shape etc.

v Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming dies and hot-sealing dies and

impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material saving.
