Applicantion

Cartoning machine is a continuous motion Cartoner, suitable for the packaging of blisters, bottles, vials, pillow packs,etc. The machine runs stable and provides easy changeover for different sizes of cartons. It can fold leaflets, open cartons, insert the products and leaflets into cartons, emboss, tuck in or hotmelt closures and automatically discharge cartons. The machine is equipped with a series of sensors and automatic protective devices to assure the machine runs safely and effectively. It can connect with the Blister Machine, Pillow Packaging Machine, Shrink-Wrapper, etc., to form a Packaging Line.

Performance and Characteristics

1). Continuous mechanical feeding materials and carton packing, and working of each functional part is in harmony, stable and reliable.
2). When materials do not reach correct position, the pusher has an alarm and halt facility for that, in order to ensure good quality of carton packaging and safety in operation effectively
3). Constantly moving carton-opening and pulling carton-opening mechanism are more stable and reliable.
4). Servo material departing and feeding mechanism is stable and reliable.
5). Halt facility for air pressure and vacuum protection, when caster opened, the halt facility will be checked automatically for operating safety of the machine.
6). It is easy, convenient and quick to change and adjust product size by hand wheel.
7). Variable frequency speed regulation, automatic PLC control, operating on touch screen, words and numbers display, easy to operate, coefficient run stable.
8). Overload protection for principal driving, indication of failure diagnosis, and automatic halt of failure.
