Cooling method: Ethylene glycol or alcohol cooling, bladder cylinder and cone bottom miller cleat set.
Inner (SUS304)thickness: 2.5mm;
External-Jacket(SUS304) thickness: 1.5mm;
Oval head cone bottom, thickness: 3.0mm.
Insulation: Polyurethane-thickness 80 mm.
Equip with: Cone 60°resist compression design, dripping temperature drop.
Sampling method: 1 piece of aseptic sampling valve.
Fermentation tank pressure: Design pressure 0.3MPa; Working pressure 0.15Mpa.
Heat exchange area: 1.0 m2
Bladder all adopt the international standard of 304 stainless steel material, all welding are argon protection double welding, double forming, the maximum increase the service life of equipment.
