Introduction

Pneumatic PTFE lined butterfly valve regulates flow or cuts off media by rotating disc(usually less than 90°).No self-locking function with disc or rod,install worm reducer on stem for disc location.Use FEP(F46),PCTFE(F3) lining to protect valve body from corrosion of media.

Butterfly valves for industries are manufactured with WCB for valve body,rubber ring replaced by metal ring for disc seal ring,and suitable for high temperature,high-pressure and large-bore applications.Large pneumatic butterfly valves are manufactured by steel plate-welded and mainly used for smoke and gas pipelines flow with high temperature media.

Handwheel installation at the bottom or roof is available.Optional electric actuator feedback signal instructions and all kinds of accessories for automatic operation.
