Structure

 Piston type pneumatic actuator

Single-action and double-action are available according to working condition.Double-acting actuator makes valve stay on the working condition when it is power loss or air pressure loss.Single-acting actuator makes valve stay on extreme position(full-on or full-off) to ensure safety of pipeline.Single-action actuator contains air-to-close type and air-to-open type. Air-to-close type:original state is full open and close with the increase of signal till full-off. Air-to-open is the opposite.

How single-action type piston actuator works

On receipt of inlet pressure signal,the actuator rotates stem to compress spring.Piston and stem drive output shaft,shaft and disc to change flow area between disc and seat.
