4. Double Cartridge Mechanical Seal
ELE adopts cartridge mechanical seal for bead mill from Germany BURGMANN, can withstand pressure above 10kg. The seal specifically designed for particles in fluid, is one of the most advanced technology in worldwide.

5. Tubular Fence Type Radial Direction Outlet, Large Area Narrow Gaps
Unique tubular fence type discharging separation structure with small gap and large area, will not stuck beads or leak beads, ensure that the material discharging smoothly meanwhile lessen the impact between beads and sieve, prolong the service life.
Regular gap sizes for outlet filter are 0.1mm,0.3mm and 0.5mm, minimum 0.05mm, that allow tiny grinding beads with minimum size 0.2mm can be used. The usage of small medium micro beads can make the materials achieve ultrafine grinding requirement more easily and reliably.

6. Cooling Effectively
With cooling system for chamber wall, end cover and special cooling for mechanical seal, adopt large area corrugation structure to get high efficiency.
Silicon Carbide chamber wall with excellent heat conductivity, ensure the chamber be cooled down easily, avoid over temperature.

7. Control System
Control system with explosion-proof or Non ex-proof, button control or PLC.
