Working Principle

A.  Self-priming impeller rotate with high speed, resulting in a powerful suction force and eddy current, the material inhaled into the basket.

B. The disc rates on high speed, the resulting in negtive pressure and strong suction between bottom of basket and disc, so that suck the material into basket, at the same time, the strong centrifugal force throw the material (in the basket) out , speedup the material dispersion.

C. Self-priming impeller high speed sucking ---> fine grinding in the basket---> high speed disc ---> discharge, dispersing, high effeciency circulation, solve the problem of difficult to flip the material, avoiding dead corner, get excellent grinding effect in short munite.

D.  After grinding, rise the basket to surface, work in short munite, by the centrifugal force to throw the residual out.
