 Application:

Integrated Solid Sealed Pole Column The integrated pole column of solid sealed outdoor HV vacuum circuit breaker is composed by the vacuum arc extinguishes chamber and other parts of primary loop circuit. The arcing extinguish chamber is soiled sealed inside epoxy resin directly by automatic pressure gel (APG) technology and special intercalation technology. It is more easily assemble and reliable than other similar product. Its appearance will not be affected by external force and environment, such as dust, humidity, small animal and etc. All this will improve electric field distribution states of the pole column.

Operating Mechanism Tailored spring operating mechanism is proved on the base of advantages of ZW32-12 type, it is more newly-structured, simpler and more reliable, its mechanism life reaches 20000 times.

Miniature Design:

The integrated pole column design solves the contradiction of vacuum arcing extinguish chamber miniaturization and external insulation requirement; achieving miniaturization and guarantee suitable external insulation distance at the same time, proving excellent environmental tolerance ability for the breaker; overall dimension is reduced by shorten phase space from 340mm to 280mm.
