Smart Balancer

Smart Balancer is a portable balancing machine for dynamic balancing of rotors in the installed condition, measurement of overall vibration, tracking analysis, frequency analysis of vibrations and for displaying the vibrationtime history. Smart Balancer enables rotors vibrations to be reduced by balancing in-situ and the status of a machine to be diagnosed. With its extensive equipment, Smart Balancer also covers many other vibration measurement tasks a fact which makes the instrument a powerful tool for machine diagnosis.

Design

Already with the basic equipment, the battery powerful instrument is a complete package comprising all accessories required for 2-channel balancing.

The scope of supply includes two piezoelectric vibration sensors with magnetic holders for level or curved surfaces and two sensor probes. The laser optical reference sensor can be used at a large measuring distance, providing for high convenience and operator safety.

Smart Balancer has an ergonomically designed, shock-and impact resistant lights metal housing, designed for high operator convenience.Its built-in rechargeable batteries provide up to more than six hours of continuous measurement on a single battery charge. A high-contrast monochrome LCD display is easy to read even under adverse environmental conditions. With dialog-driven operator prompting, an integral evaluation computer,vector display of unbalance and test run vectors and output of reports on a printer (through PC) operation of the instrument is easy and fast to learn.

The Smart Balancer Report PC software included in the scope of supply enables measurement results to be presented in graphical or tabular form, to be imported into programs from the Windows Office suite and highly professional balancing reports to be created.
