The belt dryer is a kind of drying equipment by steel nets as transport carrier raw materials continuously. It is suitable for continuously work. Because transmission belt is mesh, so this dryer can dry regular or irregular shape various block(for examples: coal, block of all kinds of mineral, food and vegetables). This machine can be used with other supporting machine and also can be used alone.

Structure
2.1. Structure: The mesh belt dryer is made up of head, working sections, tail, mesh belt, driving settings, fan, furnace, etc.
2.2. Thickness of the body machine
2.2.1. There are 3 layers including outside, inside, channel steel.
     It's 3mm high carbon steel.
2.2.2. Upper of the layer, there are 2 layers steel, it's 2mm high carbon steel.
2.2.3. Bottom of the layer, there is 1 layer steel, it's 3mm high carbon steel.
2.2.4. The frame of the body machine is 3mm thickness high carbon steel.
2.2.5. U-channel steel is 3mm thickness high carbon steel.

Work principle
The principle is as follows: laid evenly on the mesh belt, driven by the transmission device, the materials move back and forth in the dryer, where hot wind passes through the material and the water vapor is discharged from the weep hole, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The dryer is composed of standard sections; to save place, the dryer can be made in multi layers, and the common structure includes three layers with two rooms and five layers with two rooms. with 6-40m length and 0.6-3m effective width.
If we want to get better drying effect and reasonable capacity, the moisture, belt speed, blower capacity, air temperature must be appropriate, reasonable, organic combination.
