LB750 ASPHALT BATCH PLANT

BASIC CONFIGURATION

1. Cold Aggregate Supply System 

The system is composed of: four-compartment cold 

aggregate feed bin and four feeding belts, one aggregate

 gathering conveyor belt.

The system is composed of: a domestic primary fuel burner (Light

 oil), pipelines, and a oil tank (provided by customer).

The system is composed of a cyclone separator and a bag dust removal. 

7. Mixing Tower Assembly

One Vibrating Screen:

 (Note: mesh sizes can be customized per the requirements of client,

 which shall be specified when placing order.)  

Hot Aggregate Hopper:

The hopper consists of four compartments, with overflow 

device for preventing mesh blockage. 

Weighing Hoppers:

The aggregate weighing hopper is of a single bin, triple 

point suspended, with transportation fasten bolts. 

Rated Capacity: 700kg.

The filler weighing hopper is of a single bin, triple point s

uspended, with transportation fasten bolts. 

Rated Capacity: 80kg

The bitumen weighing hopper is of a single bin, insulated, 

triple point suspended, with transportation fasten bolts.

Rated capacity: 50kg. 

The weighing hoppers feature accurate measuring

 and automatic error compensation.

Bitumen Spraying System

The motor power of bitumen pump: 5.5kW

Pressure spraying is fast and uniform, which can shorten the 

mixing duration and increase productivity.  

8. Filler Supply System

The system is composed of a filler elevator, an interim 

filler silo and a filler charging screw conveyor.

9. Compressed Air System 

The compressed air system is composed of: air compressor, 

cylinders, valves and an air pipe manifold.

10. Bitumen Supply System

The bitumen supply system is composed of a 50m3 bitumen

 tank, A set of fuel burner, a 2m3 bitumen discharge vessel, 

pipelines and valves.

11. Control System

Control House

The overall dimension of the control house: 4.5m (length)x2.28m (width) x2.46m (height)

The design of the control house features:

ü A container like structure

ü Double-layer insulated steel panel walls, doors and windows

ü Nice looking, convenient lifting and transportation and excellent air tightness. 

Electric Control

The box type control panel is used for electric control, which features:

ü Key electric elements of Chinese brands

ü Functions of interlock and secondary protection

ü Start of large power electric motors at reasonably low voltage

ü The operation board configured with manual controlled urgent operation 

device, digital displays of aggregate scales, filler scales and bitumen scale, 

digital converters of cold aggregates

ü OMRON color touch screen and PLCs, which can realize automatic, 

semiautomatic and manual control. 

ü Advanced control, reliable performance, accurate measuring, easy 

learning and convenient operation
