The complete beer brewing system mainly includes:milling system, brewhouse system, fermentation system,

cooling system, CIP washing system, filter system, PLC/semi-auto controlling system

--And all the necessary spare parts.   

The brewhouse system includes 3 tanks:mash tun/lautering tun, brew kettle/whirlpool, hot liquid tank in different combinations according to customers' demands.

Optional: 1-mash/brew kettle, lauter tun/whirlpool

       2-mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle/whirlpool

       3-mash tun, lauter tun, brew kettle, whirlpool

Heating source:  steam jacket heating brewhouse, electric or direct fire

Main features of the brewhouse system

Brewhouse System

1)--Mash/Lauter tun installed mash agitator, 

Installed rakers and false buttom for grains separation

--Usage:Mashing, mixing-stainless steel mixer driven by frequency convertor, 

lautering-eparation of mash grains from wort during wort producing process. 

2)--Brew/whirlpool tun, wort boiling and make wort whirlpooling

-Usage: wort boiling and whirlpooling

-Wort Whirlpool-sanitary centrifugal mash pump activate the whirlpooling.

-Heating: electricity gas fired or stream 

3)--Hot water tank-water heating and hot water storing/preparation
