Working principle

The raw water flows from the inlet into the filter cartridge internal , and then was blocked in the filter tube wall from the inside to outside through the filter , impurities is intercept on the filter cartridge inner wall ,filtered clean water outflow from the outlet , filter cake formed on the surface of the cartridge when the cartridge wall impurities piled , and cartridge gradually formed inside and outside pressure , when the pressure hit the default value of the differential pressure controller will start automatically sucking procedure .

Filter sucking process is to rely on the surface of the spiral motion of sucking scanner and a drain valve together to complete along the cartridge , open the drain valve so that the sucking nozzle front end of the scanner generated at very high backwash flow rate and the formation of vacuum negative pressure zone , attached to the cartridge inner wall of the cake is the suction and discharge . The whole sucking process about 60 seconds , sucking the system continues to flow
