High-frequency sand seiving machine

High frequency sand seiving machine  has the advantages of high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency. It is the high efficient screening equipment of screening the fine materials. The high frequency vibrating screen is widely used in the screening and grading of the iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium sand and other dressing plant.

  High frequency screen consists of base, frame, and rubber damping spring, low frequency electromagnetic vibrator, screen box, mesh screen, high frequency electromagnetic vibrator, support, angle adjustment bar and electronic control box. When the machine operate, the low frequency electromagnetic vibrator vibrate the feeder and output part of the mesh screen directly to move the whole screen. At the same time, the high frequency electromagnetic vibrator shakes the middle of mesh screen through the rubber cushion. Different frequency vibrates conducive to the delivery of materials and grading. The mesh screen compound from three stainless steel screen layer, the lowest screen layer is high strength primary screen which is connected with the shake motor, the other two layers are workable screen in mine processing.

1) No rotating parts, no need of lubrication. 
2) Simple structure, convenient to repair, durable, low fault rate. 
3) The vibrator take use of the resonance principle, double plastid critical resonance state. So the driving power is small and with a small starting current and low noise. 

4) After starting the vibrator, the amplitude can transiently achieve a stable value. 
5) The vibration or amplitude of the sieve body is adjustable, and they can control the size of the products by changing the vibration force of the sieve body.
6) At the vibration of the sieve body, the screen piece between the screen strips can also generate relative fibrillation so that sieve gap is not easy to block material.
