Gold Washing Plant Working Process    

1. Input the raw materials to Gold washing plant through other equipment  

Raw materials inputted through the entrance of the hopper will be pushed into the trommel screen by the strong water pressure of the shower equipped in the hopper.

2. Seperating and cleaning the raw materials

Raw materials in the trommel screen will be cleaned and seperated by the rotation of trommel screen and be washed by the water inside, different size raw material would be seperated and go into different guide chute.

3. Collecting of alluvial gold

Soil and sands in the gold dust is lighter, so they will be washed away by water but gold dusts will be staying in the sticky gold carpet to be collected, then will go to shaking table for further collect.
